A few months ago, I came across this wonderful tutorial from Still Dottie for an embellished tee. What a great way to get that "jeweled" look that is so popular right now without having to pay a lot of money (that I don't currently have). The shirt was on sale for $2.99 at Target, and the craft supplies totaled about $5.
The directions she provides are fantastic, and end result is worth the effort, I think. I may try this on a colorful cardigan for a fun summer look.
